The V-ester-Systems are 1-c (1-composant) coatings, with initiators, based on shrink-free, hydrophobic, modified Vinyl Ester.

They durably protect steel and concrete constructions against very strong chemical, mechanical and thermal aggressions.

V1 has a food approval certificate. V2 resists even better to strong acids, organic bases, solvents and high temperatures.

STACOAT-V

STACOAT-V is the universal, ultra chemical-thermal resistant coating system, for the durable protection of both steel and concrete constructions. It is applied directly on the substrate and also as the chemical resistant topcoat on systems in vinylester, unsaturated polyester, urea, epoxy, etc…  Important developments are:

STACOAT-V1

STACOAT-V1: has a food approval certificate, attributed by TNO.It  is an extremely resistant, non-shrink, universal coating system, based on modified vinyl ester. It is reinforced with MIO flakes (Micaceous Iron Oxide). A mono-layer, without primer, is possible both for horizontal and vertical applications (300 to 1.200 µm). It protects concrete and steel structures efficiently, over a long period, against very aggressive chemical, mechanical and thermal corrosion.

STACOAT-V2

STACOAT-V2 The V2 resists even better to strong acids, organic bases, solvents and high temperatures. It is an extremely resistant, non-shrink, universal coating system, based on modified vinyl ester. It is reinforced with MIO flakes (Micaceous Iron Oxide). A mono-layer, without primer, is possible both for horizontal and vertical applications (300 to 1.200 µm). It protects concrete and steel structures efficiently, over a long period, against very aggressive chemical, mechanical and thermal corrosion.

STACOAT-V-AS

STACOAT-V-AS: It is an extremely resistant, non-shrink, antistatic coating system, based on modified vinyl ester. It is reinforced with MIO flakes (Micaceous Iron Oxide). The electric conductivity is obtained with expanded graphite. It protects concrete and steel structures efficiently, over a long period, against very aggressive chemical, mechanical and thermal corrosion and static discharges.
