Short description
This project entailed the management and execution of all aspects pertaining to Petrosa’s corrosion protection during the 2018 shutdown. This included painting, insulation, corrosion protection, cladding and insulation. The majority of the 250-strong team included mainly locals from around the Eden district. The project management team was very lean and management structure flat to allow for quick turnaround. Sharpshell mobilised within the shortest time recorded in its history.
